Attendees will learn practical strategies centered around establishing trauma-informed practices and routines, forming and maintaining effective client relationships, and the acquisition of skills for increasing their own self-awareness and emotional management in maintaining a trauma-sensitive environment.

At the end of this workshop participants:
1. Can define trauma and who it affects.
2. Understand ways trauma effects the way we think and act.
3. Learn how this applies to the work providers do within your organization.
4. Acquire ways to use trauma-informed tools at work and with clients.
