Community Violence Intervention – What It Is and What it Means For Your Organization

Description:  During this session, we will hear from community violence intervention professionals who are doing this work on the South or West Sides of Chicago every day followed by an intimate discussion on how this work affects our community, our youth, and our city.  The session will be facilitated by Norman Kerr, CEO of Trajectory Changing Solutions, and features CVI professionals, Rodney Phillips of  Metropolitan Peace Initiatives and Sam Castro from INVC.  The session begins with lunch.

Location:  Parkway Social Chicago, 4455 S. King Drive, Chicago (use the door on 45th Street)
