Training Description
Every organization requires strong fiscal management (especially for grants). It is also key for organizations to prioritize tasks and allocate funds responsibly. In this workshop, participants will learn how to do just that. The workshop will focus on fiscal planning, controlling, and evaluating. Additonally, the workshop will include how coordination, motivation, communication, and transparent reporting are a part of high performing fiscal management and budgeting. Other components of the workshop include: how to create a financial risk management report; choosing the right CFO; fund management systems; creating supplemental tracking reports and assign the right person to manage those projects; working with consultants; managing Periodic Financial Reports; and good debt vs. bad debt (loans, credit cards, and upfront cash flow)
